Raw chocolate and peanut protein balls

Makes 30 balls

Ingredients

Method

1 cup almonds
1 cup soft dates
1 cup sunflower seeds 
2 tbs smooth organic peanut butter
1/2 cup chia seeds
3 tbs Form Nutrition chocolate and peanut protein powder
 

Blend the almonds and sunflower seeds until they resemble a fine texture.

Add chia seeds, Form Protein Powder, nut butter, pinch of salt and dates.

Blend until mixture is well combined and sticky. If it’s a little dry add a tiny bit of water.

Roll into small balls and roll in desiccated coconut.

Can be kept in the fridge in a sealed container for 5 days or the freezer for 2 months.
