This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who want to learn something new. The hands-on style approach aims to improve your raw cooking skills as well as provide you with bags of inspiration and knowledge.


The workshop will last up to two and a half hours, starting 10am. During the session I will share my knowledge and expertise on making all things plantbased.


I will not only cover the key ingredients I use but also highlight the key learnings I have made including common mistakes as well as my preferred equipment for making these amazing treats.


During the session you will each learn how to make the following and most importantly get to take them home:


  • Raw chocolate ganache tart (delish)

  • Mini apricot caramel bites

  • Fermented nut cheeze


The workshop will take place at the welcoming Platf9rm, Floor 5 & 6, Tower Point, 44 North Rd, Brighton BN1 1YR. Refreshments and a light breakfast willbe provided.


Only plant based organic ingredients, containing no dairy or gluten will be used. Please advise of any allergies or intolerances when booking.
