A happy gut equals a healthy body. Together we will discuss ways to get more gut loving food into your diet.


We will make the following:


  • A lovely sauerkraut with scraps you will always have in your fridge
  • Fermented vegan cheese - with lots to sample on the evening
  • Fermented garlic - so great in lots of meals
  • Kimchi pancakes - sample a simple recipe to use your fermented goodies in!


Throughout the workshop we will be discussing so many ways to use the new techniques you are learning about. All ingredients, aprons, refreshments and storage containers are included. The workshop will strat at 7pm.


The event will be held in Hove in a studio location with plenty of free parking.
