Hi, I'm Nicola — and food has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember.
Growing up watching my Belgian Grandmother pour love into every meal she prepared left a lasting impression on me. Food wasn't just fuel in our family — it was how we showed up for each other. It was connection, comfort and joy, all on one plate.
